We started Weil’s in our tiny NYC kitchen because we needed something real. Born out of the need to stop consuming dairy, we found ourselves still crazing that creamy and satisfying morning coffee. Something without the dairy, the added sugars, the gums or fillers. We wanted a cold brew that felt good in our body, tasted bold and real, and was made from ingredients we recognized and trusted.
So we began experimenting. Testing coffees and blends, grinding nuts and dates, stirring, tasting, tweaking ... until we found the perfect recipe. Rich, smooth, naturally creamy. Dairy-free. Clean. And authentically ours.
Every bottle of our cold brew is made in small batches with care and intention. We use whole ingredients: coffee, nuts, dates, spices - no shortcuts, no weird additives.
Weil’s exists because our family believes good coffee shouldn’t compromise your body or your values. We do it because real flavor comes from real ingredients.
